All of the Flat Rate Envelopes are Very Thin ... made of a stiff cardboard.
Nothing I Sell will fit in any of the Flat Rate Envelopes

International Shipping

I CAN ONLY SHIP PRIORITY MAIL TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS
Please Do Not Choose First Class Shipping
it will only cause Unnecessary Shipping Delays

I do ship International to most Countries,
however because of the exchange rate on money,
I can NOT accept Money Orders or Checks from foreign Countries
I can only accept International Credit Cards

We DO NOT ship to any Countries that the United States Post Office will not insure the package. Such as Mexico

When shipping outside of the United States,
Some Countries may charge an import tax.
Customer is responsible for all import taxes.

Shipping costs outside of the United States vary, depending on location.

"Dolls requiring assembly are shipped out in 2 to 3 days. If there is a delay, due to out of stock items, we will email you with an estimated shipping date.

We ship through the U.S. Post Office.

Shipping Costs

All Merchandise is shipped through the U.S. Postal Service

Shipping cost is calculated by weight, size of box and zip code, using the U.S. Postal Service Software

If the Shipping Cost on your Invoice is incorrect ... it will be adjusted before your Credit Card is charged

I only charge what it cost me to ship the item to you

Important Note:
When designing my web site and sitting up the shopping cart ... it was required that I give every item a weight for shipping cost. The minimum weight allowed was one pound ... there are many things on my web site that weigh much less than one pound ... such as a pair of doll shoes or a pair of stockings Therefore if you are ordering several items of doll clothing .... the shipping cost on your invoice will be larger than it will actually cost to ship. I weigh each package and only charge what it cost me to ship the items to you. After I have calculated the correct shipping I will email you and let you know the correct total of your order.

Our Return Policy: We pride ourselves in offering you merchandise of the highest quality, shipped in mint condition. There are no returns, exchanges or refunds on SALE items! There are no refunds, exchanges or returns on items that are on SPECIAL or CUSTOM orders. All items that are on SALE (discounted off the retail price) are "FINAL SALES" If you must return your purchase, please call for a return number for the outside of the package. If there is not a return number, package will not be accepted for return. Please return promptly in it's original condition (shipping box and inside packing) and we will refund the price of the item and sales tax if applied (excluding shipping). No returns after 10 days, that includes exchanges or refunds. If package is refused or unable to be delivered and returned to me, you will be credited only for merchandise not shipping cost.
