| Return Policy: We pride
ourselves in offering you merchandise of the highest quality, shipped
in mint condition. If you are not happy with your purchase,
please call for a return number for the outside of the package.
If there is not a return number, package will not be accepted for
return. Please return promptly in it's original condition
(shipping box and inside packing) and we will refund or credit to your
original method of payment, the price of the item and sales tax if
applied (excluding shipping ... if the doll had Free or Special
Lower price shipping... the actual cost of shipping the doll to you
will be deducted from the refund). No returns after 10 days,
that includes exchanges or refunds. All items that are on Sale
(discounted off the retail price) are "Final Sales" There are no
refunds, exchanges or returns on items that are on Special or Custom
orders. There
are no refunds, exchanges or returns on Sale or Clearance
priced items! If package is refused or unable to be delivered and
returned to me, you will be credited only for merchandise not shipping
cost. |
